Shipping policy
Is everything on your website in stock & can be shipped asap?
Yes! We do not put things on our website unless we actually have them in stock. If by small chance there is an error in our system and we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order and mail it out ASAP! You will only be charged for items that are in-stock. If all of the items on your order (again, by small chance) are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled and your credit / debit card will not be charged.
Is everything you have in store also on your website?
A large portion of our inventory is on our website, and we are continuously working towards getting everything on the website. However right now not everything we have in our store is shop-able on our website, so if you are local we would love for you to come in and shop with us!
When will my order ship?
If you order Tuesday - Friday before 11:00 am cst your package will be taken to the carrier the same day. If you order Tuesday - Friday after 11:00 am cst your package will be taken to the carrier the next day (we will try our best to get it out the same day you order, but not guaranteed). If you order Saturday before 10:00 am cst your package will be taken to the carrier the same day. If you order Saturday after 10:00 am cst your package will be taken to the carrier the following Monday. If you order on Sunday your package will be taken to the carrier on Monday. *Please note that if you order something breakable or fragile there might be a delay in the schedule above because we have to make sure we package it very well in the appropriate packing materials so that it gets to you in one piece! Please keep in mind that weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt delivery with little warning. Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes! Write GIFTWRAP it to the "notes" at checkout and we'll wrap it up pretty for you!
